There will be absolutely NO address changes once the order has been placed by you. Reason being, we are trying to protect you as the buyer and us as well. PLEASE ensure you have entered the address correctly prior to submitting your order.
If you have entered the wrong address and your order has NOT shipped, your order can be cancelled and refunded. It is up to you to re order the items again with correct information.
If USPS is unable to deliver your order and it gets returned to us, you are responsible for the shipping charge and will need to contact us for a return on the cost of the item only. No refund will be provided until item is received from USPS for undeliverable issues.
If your package has been lost, they will be addressed on a case to case basis. Please email us at Kat@katcutcreations.com with your order number. Please allow 7 business days after delivery set date to ensure package was not delayed on error by USPS.
Please understand, we are not obligated to replace or refund any order lost by USPS.
You will need to file a claim with USPS if an item is lost on their part.
IF a package is marked as Delivered, and you have not received it;
* wait a few days. At times, USPS marks their packages as delivered when they are very busy especially during holiday season and still tend to deliver a few days after marked delivered.
* Please email USPS after 3 days of your package being marked as delivered by them.
* If you track your package and message by USPS shows it has been lost, ask them to formally email you that it is missing. Once you have received lost package message from USPS, please forward to Kat@katcutcreations.com and we will attempt to resolve your issue.
